Beautiful!

So pleased with this garter. I bought it for my stepdaughter. It is actually very beautiful! So glad I ordered it now, well worth the money. Very pretty, beautifully made and presented. Also, for my stepdaughter it covered the 'something blue' as well. Highly recommended.
